For this model, it is recommended to use synthetic oil for 4-stroke engines 20W-40. Start the scooter for several minutes to warm up the engine and the oil inside, making it less viscous and allowing it to drain better. Unscrew and remove the upper filler cap first, so that air circulation prevents a vacuum and facilitates the operation. Unscrew the bolt that serves as the drain plug, and collect the used oil in a container (and dispose of it properly). Tighten the lower bolt, then refill with the same quantity of oil that was drained from the upper hole. Good luck!
