In this video we see the procedure to reset the maintenance light on a 2012 Honda Accord. It is recommended to perform this procedure only after servicing the car, the procedure takes a few seconds to be completed and does not require tools or software. To reset it, you must first turn on the instrument panel, then press the button on the panel to scroll through the menu until you find the item related to the oil life, once found press the button and hold it down for about 10 seconds until the light starts flashing, when it starts flashing release the button and press it again, holding it down until it shows 100% and stops flashing.
