Here’s a very simple and effective method to manually reset the service light on your Honda Accord Mk8 without using diagnostic tools. First, insert the key and turn on the ignition. Then, use the "Sel/Reset" button to navigate through the onboard computer menu until you find the vehicle maintenance option (indicated by a spanner). At this point, press and hold the same button for about 10 seconds. Once the new menu appears, release the button and press the UP arrow. Select the reset option and a few moments later, you’re finished.
