How to reset the maintenance light on the Honda Civic

If the service light on the instrument panel of your Honda Civic continues to remain on even after performing the regular car service, do not worry because we will explain how to manually reset the light. First, you need to go inside the car and turn on the instrument panel if it is still off. Then locate the "Sel/Reset" button on the left side of the dashboard and hold it down for a few seconds. As soon as the entire display on the instrument panel starts flashing, release the button and then hold it down again until the maintenance light is reset.
