The tip is a clip-on, so it fits over the existing exhaust pipe and is tightened with bolts.

The result will be aesthetic, with a more aggressive and sonorous look, with a bit more sound, even if it wasn't the main objective. For installation, it is enough that the exhaust pipe is cold, clean it a bit, then push the new pipe onto the original one, at the right distance from the bumper and tighten the bolts of the clamp in a cross pattern, until the tip is completely fixed and does not move anymore.
