In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the starter motor on a Honda Civic, a simple operation but one that requires good manual skills. First, open the bonnet, then disconnect the negative terminal of the battery to work safely. Next, lift the front of the vehicle, go underneath the engine, and disconnect the indicated part of the exhaust pipe. At this point, unscrew the bolts securing the starter motor, disconnect the power terminals, and separate it from the support. To install the new part, simply follow the reverse procedure.
