This guide will show you how to remove and replace the starter motor of the Honda Civic, following the instructions below. First, open the bonnet and start by removing the intake duct; to do this, unscrew all the fastening nuts and disconnect all the hoses on the upper part, as shown in the video.

At this point, you will find the starter motor underneath; disconnect the power electrical connector and unscrew the screws to remove it from its location. Now, replace it with the new one, using the original spare part!
