Removing the Door Trim Panel on Honda Civic

Model: Honda Civic MK 8 - Years 2006-2012

Learn how to remove the door trim panel to access its interior or to replace it. Remove the window switch panel and disconnect the electrical connectors. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws located in the space of the upper door release lever and the screws present in the handle (after removing the switch panel). Remove the remaining screws on the door panel and detach the retaining clips. Pull the panel away with your hands and detach it from the door (disconnect the wiring harness and the door release cable). Perform the desired maintenance inside the door or replace the panel if damaged.
