In this tutorial, see how to replace the external handle on a Honda Civic, a very simple and quick operation. Before proceeding, you need to remove the inner door panel where you will be working. Once done, remove the insulating cover, then unscrew the fixing bolt of the lock cylinder using a 5mm hex key. Next, unscrew the two indicated bolts with a 10mm socket spanner, separate the inner frame, and remove the handle from the door. At this point, simply detach the control cable and fit the replacement.
