Replacing the Engine Air Filter

Model: Honda Accord MK 8 - Years 2008-2013

Once you open the front bonnet, the engine air filter housing is located on the driver's side, just behind the battery compartment. Unscrew the fastening screws of the cover at the four corners, lift it, and remove the old filter; ensure there are no dirt residues inside the housing and insert the new filter, securing the cover with the screws. It is also recommended to replace the old filter with a sports type, which, in addition to improving performance, can be washed with the appropriate cleaner during subsequent maintenance instead of being replaced.
