As you can see in this tutorial, resetting the oil service on the Honda Civic is a very simple operation. Before doing this, ensure that you have completed all scheduled maintenance tasks. Start by inserting the key and turning on the ignition, then, with quick presses of the long button above the fuel gauge, scroll through the display screens until you reach the one related to oil life. Once done, hold the same button for about 10 seconds, or until it starts to flash. At this point, press the button a second time to complete the procedure.
