The engine of the Husaberg FE 450 can be disassembled by loosening the screws that secure it to its housing in the central lower part of the frame: once the screws have been loosened, it will be possible to proceed by disconnecting the connectors and removing the intake and exhaust manifolds. This will allow you to loosen the screws that secure the cylinder, thus gaining access to the piston and disconnecting it from the connecting rod. You will now have access to the crankshaft and all other internal components: these can be replaced as needed, and then the engine can be closed up again.
