To dismantle the engine on the Husaberg FE 450, first loosen the bolts securing the engine block in its housing, then disconnect all connectors and remove the block from its compartment. Once the engine block is removed, proceed by unscrewing the bolts that secure the cylinder, completely removing it and then loosening the piston retaining ring. The piston can now be detached from its conrod, replacing any other parts inside as necessary; to access these, unscrew the bolts securing the two side casings.
