To remove the engine block from the Husaberg FE 450, first loosen the bolts securing the engine block in its housing. Disconnect all connectors and extract the block from its housing. Once the engine block is free, proceed by unscrewing the bolts that secure the cylinder, completely removing it, and then expanding the piston retaining ring. The piston can now be detached from its connecting rod, and any other necessary parts can be replaced. To access these, you will also need to remove the two side panels.
