In order to remove the cylinder of the Husqvarna TE 250, you first need to remove the components that prevent access to the top of the engine block: you will need to loosen the screws that hold the motorcycle seat to its base and the side fairings. Once these components have been removed, you can disconnect the coil and remove the underlying spark plug: this will allow you to loosen the screws that hold the cylinder to the top of the engine. By doing this, you will be able to insert the new replacement part and secure it in place, making sure everything is functioning properly.

How to Dismantle the TM Racing KZ R1 Engine?

To dismantle the TM Racing KZ R1 engine, first remove the block from its housing by unscrewing the screws that secure it to the supports and disconnecting all hoses and connectors attached to it. Once the engine block is freed, unscrew the screws securing the cylinder at the top of the block. This will allow you to remove the piston from its conrod, and then you can unscrew the screws that hold the two half-cases of the engine. You can then remove and replace all internal components, reassembling all parts afterwards.
