The exhaust terminal of the Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 can be replaced by loosening the screw that closes the connection ring between the muffler and the rest of the exhaust pipe. Once this ring has been unscrewed, it will be possible to disconnect the muffler from the pipe and also loosen the screw that secures the muffler to the rear of the motorcycle. By removing this bolt as well, it will be possible to remove the old exhaust and replace it with a new spare part: the new muffler will be connected to the pipe with the fixing ring and secured to the rear of the vehicle.
