You can change the engine oil on a Husqvarna TX 300 by loosening the drain plug located at the bottom centre of the instrument panel, allowing the used oil to drain into a container. Once all the liquid has drained out, you can also remove the oil filter located in the same position to insert the new one; after this procedure, top up by pouring the necessary amount of oil through the breather on the right side of the bike.
