In this short video, we will see the main steps that will allow us to remove and replace the clutch discs on a Husqvarna TE 300 enduro bike. First, remove any protective guards from the bike; then proceed to remove the cover by unscrewing the fixing screws. At this point, unscrew the screws of the clutch cover and then those of the clutch pack; extract the discs one by one, replacing them with new ones after soaking them in oil for a few hours. Apply the reverse procedure for reassembly!

How to Replace the Clutch on a Triumph Speed Triple?

To replace the clutch on a Triumph Speed Triple, loosen the bolts securing the covers of the three casings located on the right side of the bike, namely the starter motor, the engine, and then the clutch. Once these covers are removed, you can access the bolts securing the clutch, unscrew them, and slide the clutch plates out of their housing. This will allow you to insert the new plates into their place, securing everything with the appropriate bolts; finally, reinstall all the casings.
