When it is necessary to adjust the handbrake of the 2010 Hyundai I30 model, we must first remove the cover located inside the cup holder. By lifting it from the center, through the small hole.

Inside, we will find some screws that will allow us to adjust, using a torque wrench, the handbrake. We then tighten the screws if the handbrake is too weak and not firm enough, or loosen them if it is too strong.
