How to remove the injectors on a Hyundai Tucson

Model: Hyundai Tucson JM, MK 1 - Years 2004-2009

To remove the injectors on this diesel engine, start by removing the engine cover. After this, you will have access to the series of injectors and follow these steps for each one. Disconnect the electronic control connector, then loosen the fuel pipes from both sides, remove the clip on top of the injector, taking care not to lose it, and pull off the return pipe. Now, remove the cap on top of the injector with pliers by turning the locking mechanism 45 degrees, and then unscrew the bolt inside without removing it completely. Now you can remove the injector, taking care not to lose the copper washer at its base.

The following instructions will show you how to reset the tyre pressure warning light on the Hyundai I20; before performing the reset, ensure that all four tyres are at the correct operating pressure. Then, get in the vehicle and turn on the ignition; press and hold the TPMS button located on the controls to the left of the steering wheel, as well as on the dashboard, as shown in the video.
