To replace the door panel on a Hyundai Matrix, first loosen the screw located in the handle housing, then pry it out completely. Next, remove the screw covers on the side of the panel and unscrew the underlying screws. You will also need to remove the screws located at the bottom of the door. Once all screws are removed, detach the panel by disconnecting the connectors from the inside.
