How to Repair the Cigarette Lighter Socket in a Hyundai Tucson

Model: Hyundai Tucson TL, MK 3 - Years 2015-2021

To repair the 12V socket related to the cigarette lighter in a Hyundai Tucson, first check the integrity of the assigned fuse. Locate the fuse panel inside the vehicle's cabin, positioned behind the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel, and inspect the two dedicated fuses. This operation must be conducted with the ignition off. Using a pair of tweezers, remove the third fuse in the second row and check its integrity. Next, inspect the other 20A fuse. Once the damaged fuse is identified, replace it by inserting the new fuse into the designated socket. Finally, check the operation of the cigarette lighter socket, which should now be functioning.
