How to Replace the Cabin Pollen Filter

Model: Hyundai Matrix MK 1 - Years 2001-2010
Part: Cabin air filter

Locate the position of the cabin pollen filter, which, in this particular case, is found inside the cabin behind the glove compartment on the passenger side. Open the glove compartment, press the internal side buttons on the walls of the compartment (indicated in the images with red arrows), and pull it downwards. Press the two clips (indicated by the two red arrows in the images) that secure the cover of the pollen filter housing. Remove the old filter and replace it with the new one. The pollen filter should be replaced every 15,000 miles or at least once a year. The maintenance operation shown in the images is performed on a Hyundai Matrix.
