To correctly replace the battery inside the key of the new Hyundai Elantra, you only need a flat screwdriver and a compatible button battery (CR2450). First, take the screwdriver and insert the tip into the slot on the side of the cover, then remove the cover and locate the old exhausted battery.

Finally, remove the old battery and replace it with the new one. At this point, simply refit the cover and you are done.
