With a socket wrench or a drill we go to unscrew the locking pins of the pulley (if the pulley rotates, we go to lock the central pin with a socket or fixed wrench), unscrew the pins of the plastic coating of the engine block. Finally we remove the locking pins of the pulley and detach it from the central pin.
