How to Calibrate the Compass on a Jeep Compass

Today, we will explain how to calibrate the compass on a Jeep Compass. The compass is located above the radio instrumentation, so when replacing the vehicle's radio, the compass may need calibration. To perform this simple operation, turn on the vehicle's ignition and press the TRIP A button located on the left side of the instrument cluster. Hold the button for 10 to 30 seconds; when the number to calibrate appears on the display, release the button and drive in circles. For this reason, it is important to carry out this operation in a large car park. After completing the circles, the compass will be calibrated.
