Removing Roof Bars on Jeep Grand Cherokee

Want to remove the roof bars on a Grand Cherokee? Here’s how to take off the bars and the roof rails. Disconnect the brackets at both ends of the bars attached to the original roof rails of the vehicle. Once the bar is disconnected, remove it from above the roof rail: take off all the bars fixed to the roof rails. Remove the covers on the sides of the roof rail and unscrew the securing pins until they are completely removed from the roof. Take off the roof rails from the top of the vehicle: replace the parts or fit the cover caps on both sides of the roof.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
