How to Replace the Speaker on a Jeep Cherokee

Model: Jeep Cherokee XJ, MK 2 - Years 1984-2001
Part: Door trim panel

Learn how to remove the door panel to access the internal speaker. Open the door, unscrew the screws located in the space of the upper door opening lever and the screws under the handle (after removing the plastic screw covers). Unscrew the remaining screws on the door panel and detach the retaining clips. Pull the panel away with your hands and disconnect the power wiring and the opening cable. Unscrew the screws around the speaker: replace the speaker with a new one. Refit the panel after the replacement.
