First, open the front door and begin by removing the door panel; to do this, unscrew the screws located under the various plastic covers, then remove the window switch panel as shown in the video. Once the door panel is removed, unscrew the speaker bolts and disconnect the electrical connector to remove it completely; replace it with the new one and reassemble everything!
