How to replace the windscreen on the Jeep Cherokee?

Model: Jeep Cherokee XJ, MK 2 - Years 1984-2001

To replace the windscreen on the Jeep Cherokee, pry at the bottom of the seal around the windscreen: it must be completely detached to scrape away the adhesive that holds the windscreen in its frame. Once most of the adhesive is removed, pull the windscreen out from its seat and then remove any remaining adhesive residues. Then spread new adhesive around the entire perimeter of the windscreen, positioning it along with the corresponding seal.
