We can see thanks to this video guide how to replace the battery of a first-generation Jeep Patriot, a model produced from 2007 to 2017. Let's start by opening the engine hood, then with a 10mm wrench, we begin to unscrew the bolts of the battery cables. We first remove the negative terminal (black cable) and then the positive terminal (red cable). Then, we unscrew the bolt that holds the battery in place, located at the base of it. Once this is done, we can remove the old battery and install a new one by following the reverse procedure to complete the job.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
