In this tutorial, you will learn how to change the engine oil in the Kawasaki KLX 300, a very simple and quick operation. First, wait until the engine is sufficiently cool for safety, then position a container under the bike, locate the drain bolt, and unscrew it using a 14mm socket.

Allow all the oil in the system to drain out, then open the filter cap with an 8mm spanner and insert the replacement. Finally, reassemble everything and pour in the required amount of oil through the designated top hole.
