Model: Kawasaki Zx 6r
In this video tutorial we will see how to remove and replace the front brake pads of a Kawasaki ZX-6R. First we are going to remove the brake caliper, unscrewing the two fixing bolts with a wrench; once extracted, unscrew the hex screws in order to access the pads. At this point we remove the retainers inside and remove the old pads; clean up the possible carbon residues and reassemble the new pads, of the right type. So let's insert them in the correct direction and let's fix everything: carry out the same operation with the other two pads!

How do you bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes? In order to bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes, you need to open the drawer that is located in correspondence with the knob, unscrewing the fixing screws of the cover. Once this has been opened, it will be possible to insert a small tube inside the vent on the brake caliper: therefore, by opening the valve, the brake fluid can be collected inside a container. When all the fluid has flowed out, it will be possible to fill in the new brake oil from the vent that was previously opened by removing the cover next to the knob. by ScegliAuto More videos
