This guide provides the main instructions for removing and replacing the clutch discs on a Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 motorcycle. First, drain the engine oil by unscrewing the drain bolt located under the engine; allow the oil to flow into a container. Next, unscrew the bolts of the exhaust manifold near the clutch cover, and remove the cover by unscrewing its bolts. Now, unscrew the bolts of the clutch pack and remove the discs as shown in the video. Finally, install the new clutch discs, alternating cork discs with metal ones!
