How to disassemble the Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 clutch

Let's see in this guide the main instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the clutch plates of the Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 motorcycle. First of all, let's remove the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine; let the oil drain in a container. At this point we unscrew the screws of the exhaust manifold located near the clutch housing, unscrewing the screws of the latter to remove it; now unscrew the screws of the clutch pack, removing the discs, as shown in the video. We just have to install the new clutch discs, alternating the cork discs with the metal ones!

How do you bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes?

In order to bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes, you need to open the drawer that is located in correspondence with the knob, unscrewing the fixing screws of the cover. Once this has been opened, it will be possible to insert a small tube inside the vent on the brake caliper: therefore, by opening the valve, the brake fluid can be collected inside a container. When all the fluid has flowed out, it will be possible to fill in the new brake oil from the vent that was previously opened by removing the cover next to the knob.
