How do you replace the Kawasaki KLR 650 clutch?

In order to replace the clutch on the Kawasaki KLR 650, first of all you need to loosen the screws that fix the engine guard plate in the lower part of the car, so that it can be completely detached: once this plate has been removed, it will be possible to access the screws that fix the casing located on the right side of the motorcycle, removing it completely. In this way all the clutch discs can be removed from inside its housing, replacing them with new spare parts; after the replacement, the casing can be closed, checking that everything works correctly.

How do you bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes?

In order to bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes, you need to open the drawer that is located in correspondence with the knob, unscrewing the fixing screws of the cover. Once this has been opened, it will be possible to insert a small tube inside the vent on the brake caliper: therefore, by opening the valve, the brake fluid can be collected inside a container. When all the fluid has flowed out, it will be possible to fill in the new brake oil from the vent that was previously opened by removing the cover next to the knob.
