First, place the motorcycle on a stand and begin by removing the plastic side cover of the battery by unscrewing the fixing screws; then disconnect both terminals (positive and negative) and remove the battery from its compartment, as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new battery of the correct type and with the same amperage; insert it in the correct orientation and secure the plastic side cover, then start the engine!

How to Replace the Clutch on the KTM XCF 450?
