Below are the step-by-step instructions for removing and replacing the clutch discs of the Keeway Cafe Racer 152. First, place the motorcycle on the centre stand and begin unscrewing the fixing screws of the clutch cover; once removed, you can unscrew the screws of the clutch pack, first removing the main disc and then all the others made of cork and metal, as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new clutch, as well as the original one; lubricate the discs and secure it properly by tightening the screws in a cross pattern, finally refitting the cover!

How to Replace the Clutch on the KTM XCF 450?

To replace the clutch on the KTM XCF 450, loosen the screws securing the corresponding cover located on the right side of the bike. Once the cover screws are loosened, you can remove it to access the underlying clutch. By unscrewing the corresponding bolts, you can extract all the discs that make up the clutch, allowing you to insert the new replacement parts. After inserting them, secure them with the corresponding screws and cover everything back up with the cover.
