To dismantle the engine of the Benelli K-Light 202, first remove it from its housing by unscrewing all the bolts that secure it to its mounts and disconnecting the appropriate connectors and hoses. Once the engine block is free, loosen the screws securing the cylinder, slide it out of its seat, and locate the internal piston: this can be detached from its connecting rod by removing the retaining ring and sliding out the pin. This will allow access to other internal components, which can be replaced with new spare parts.
