How to reset the "Service" light on a Kia Soul?

To reset the "Service" light on a Kia Soul, turn on the dashboard without starting the engine. Use the buttons on the dashboard to navigate the onboard computer menu. Look for the maintenance option in the menu. Once found, select this option and follow the instructions on the display to start the reset procedure. Generally, you will need to confirm the operation by pressing one of the indicated buttons. Continue to follow the instructions until the reset is completed. After the reset, turn off and on the dashboard to ensure that the "Service" light has been reset correctly. If the light remains on, repeat the procedure making sure to follow all the steps correctly.
