First of all, you will need a small or medium-sized flathead screwdriver, and make sure you also have a new CR2032 battery on hand. Next, remove the emergency key from the cover and use the flathead screwdriver to open the cover itself. Finally, remove the old battery and replace it with the new one. Reassemble the protective cover and you're done.
