Engine Air Filter Replacement

Model: Kia Sportage SL, MK 3 - Years 2010-2016
Part: Air filter

Open the front bonnet and ensure it is securely supported. The engine air filter housing is located at the front right of the engine compartment (when viewed from the front).
Release the metal clips securing the cover and lift it off to remove the old air filter. Check for any debris inside the housing and, if necessary, remove it carefully to avoid introducing it into the intake pipe. Insert the new filter, reposition the cover, and reattach the securing clips.
