To reset the service light on a Kia Sportage, enter the vehicle and turn the key to the 'on' position without starting the engine. When the service reminder appears, select the reset function and hold down the 'OK' button for a few seconds until the operation is confirmed on the display. Once the reset is complete, turn off the ignition and turn it back on to check that the maintenance warning has been cleared correctly.
