If you intend to replace the battery of your Kia K5 key yourself, simply follow the steps outlined in this guide. First, obtain a flat-head screwdriver and a new battery (CR2450). Once you have everything you need, take the key and remove the rear cover with the screwdriver, then take out the old battery and replace it with the new one. After correctly completing the replacement, reassemble the protective cover and you're done.
