Replacing the Cabin Pollen Filter

Model: Kia Soul MK 1 - Years 2008-2014

The pollen filter purifies the air in the cabin and is located under the passenger side glove compartment. Obtain a pollen filter that matches the original. To access it, unclip the passenger side glove compartment and remove the underlying red plastic cover by unscrewing the eight screws. Once the filter cover is removed, simply pull it outwards to remove the filter, taking care to avoid dispersing dust inside the cabin. Thoroughly clean the inside of the filter housing with a vacuum cleaner fitted with a filter, then carefully refit the new filters into the housing and close the cover.
