Air Filter Replacement on Kia Picanto 1.2

Model: Kia Picanto MK 3, JA - Years 2018-2026

Lift the bonnet and place the support rod. Looking to your right, you will see the air filter box, obviously connected to the intake duct, but you will also notice that it is connected to another thinner box on your left, which you will need to remove. Start by undoing the two bolts that secure this adjacent box, then disconnect the intake duct and you're done. At this point, you can lift the upper part of the box and extract the filter. Insert the new one and reassemble everything. The video also shows you the difference with the 1000 3-cylinder version, in case you have this model of Picanto.
