Instructions for Dismantling Front Headlamp

Model: Kia Sportage MK 2, KM - Years 2004-2010
Part: Headlight

To dismantle the front headlamp, you need to open the front bonnet and first remove the cover of the grille. Then unscrew the fixing pins of the headlamp, disconnect the relevant connectors, and release the fixing tab located on the side of the trim by levering with a medium-sized screwdriver. To reassemble, simply clip it back into its housing, ensuring the fixing tabs click into place, and finally tighten the retaining pins. Then reattach the grille cover. It is not necessary to remove the trim and bumper.
