To remove the centre rear seat of the Kia Carnival, fully lower the backrest forward. Once lowered, pull the cord located at the lower rear of the seat, marked 'PULL'. By pulling the cord, the seat can be removed from the tracks that limit its movement.

To reinstall it, manually move the pins that slide within the tracks and engage the hooks at the bottom of the seat. Once the hooks are engaged with the appropriate pins, the seat will be correctly installed.

Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
