In this new guide dedicated to owners of the 2014 Kia Rio we will discover how to correctly and quickly replace the gear knob, one of the most used and wear-affected components of the passenger compartment. First turn off the car completely and park it safely on a level surface. Locate the lower panel of the gear lever and pull it upwards with your hands, being careful not to damage it. Immediately after, remove the panel with the leather insert by turning it anti-clockwise. When you reach the knob, unscrew it as well and remove it. Finally, reassemble the panel and at the end screw the new knob.
