Kia Cee D - Video tutorial

Model: Kia Cee D MK 3, CD - Years 2018-2024
Part: Checks and maintenance
Operation: How to replace the LPG filter on Kia Ceed

In this video tutorial we can see how it is possible to replace the Kia Ceed LPG filter. The first thing to do will be to get on board the car, turn off the car and put the handbrake, then close the LPG valve in the cylinder. Get in the car, start the engine to consume the remaining LPG, until the engine switches to petrol or stops, only at that point we can move on to remove the filter. With pliers we have to loosen the clamp and remove the rubber tube. With the special pliers you have to remove the seeger and then the hose holder, at this point we can remove the LPG filter and clean the dirt inside using a clean rag. Refit the filter and reassemble all parts in reverse order. Only at the end is it possible to open the LPG valve in the cylinder and start the engine. If you notice that a moment of empty has occurred, it is normal when there is the change from petrol to LPG because the system was empty.
