How to Reset the Service Light on a Kia Sportage MK4

Model: Kia Sportage QL, MK 4 - Years 2016-2022

To reset the Kia Sportage MK4, first, get into the vehicle, close all four doors, and turn on the dashboard by turning the key to position 1. Access the Menu by pressing the button immediately to the right of the steering wheel. The system will show that service is required in a minimum of 86 days (example from the vehicle in the video). Press the OK button located at the bottom on the same side of the steering wheel and hold it down. At this point, the screen will indicate that the next service is due in 273 days or 9,900 miles (again, an example from the vehicle in the video). Turn off the dashboard and then turn it back on. Operation completed.
